Shipping and Processing

Processing time 

All pieces are handmade to order especially for you. Please allow 5-6 business days processing time before your order will be shipped.

Delivery 

Packages within Australia will be sent via Australia Post as a standard parcel unless Express Post is selected at the checkout. All parcels will be tracked. National delivery times for standard parcels vary from 2-5 business days. National delivery times for Express Post parcels vary from 1-2 business days depending on location.

All international parcels will be sent via Australia Post (International Post) as a standard parcel. All parcels will be tracked. International delivery times vary from 5-21 days.

Should your parcel not be delivered or arrives damaged, please get in contact via email at mazdevallia@gmail.com. For damaged items we must be notified within 3 days of delivery.

Customs and import taxes 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Mazdevallia is not responsible for delays due to customs.
